Plus, even if it did work that way, that seems like a very unnecessary thing to do. To save a JPG copy of the canvas, click on File and then click on Export (Single Layer) from the drop down menu. Say I want to export just the black and purple lines together, but not the background because I want it transparent for the final image, how the heck do I do it? My only option is "Export (single layer)"And when I do export them separately, it doesn't keep the background transparent so I can't re-layer them in another editing software. ![]() In my sample picture, the black and purple lines are separate layers plus the white background. Then I came across an issue that I can't seem to find an answer for anywhere. I just got clip studio paint today and I'm messing around with the settings and tools to get the hang of it and learn how it works a bit better.
